2 ounces bourbon
1/2 ounce St. George spiced pear liqueur
1/2 ounce honey syrup
1 ounce lemon juice
2 ounces soda water
1 sprig rosemary, for garnish
Combine all ingredients, except for the soda water, into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Shake to chill, then strain the cocktail into a collins glass over ice.
Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
